My coaching style
Tailor-made : each intervention will be designed tailor-made with you based on your needs and constraints, following the diagnostic phase.
Transmission : I work directly with you and your teams so that you "learn by doing" and the skill remains within the company at the end of the assignment.
Seeing things through to the end : I intervene over long periods (6 to 18 months) to support the project through its implementation and consolidation, even if it's just a few days a month.



Strategic Consulting
Diagnosis : I explore your context (qualitative interviews, focus groups, etc.), identify your challenges, strengths/obstacles and help you identify the "success conditions" of your transformation.
Strategy : I work with you to build tailor-made transformation strategies and programs that activate and align all change levers (Meaning, Empowerment, Skills, and Recognition).
Leader and Team Coaching
For a leader / leadership team, inspiring and achieving (not "managing") a profound and lasting transformation often requires starting by transforming oneself in order to embody the desired change.
Coaching is then a tremendous accelerator to support leaders and their teams in their transformation leadership.
Facilitation of collective intelligence processes
Co-creation generates engagement and involving teams in the design of the solution strongly accelerates the adoption of a change, whatever it may be.
I combine various methodologies to create and facilitate participatory workshops/seminars that put collective intelligence at the service of transformation.
Pilotage and adjustment of the plan
I help you set up the appropriate measurement tools (e.g. surveys / engagement barometers, KPIs related to the transformation and its appropriation, ...)
I assist you in analyzing the results and implementing corrective actions (ideally co-constructed with employees).
