Team coaching

Your need
You are (or will soon become) the leader of a team: executive committee / management committee, project team, operational team, cross-functional/multicultural team,...
Your team has a collective challenge to face: changes in strategy or business model, transformation project, acquisition/integration, restructuring,...
Your team is experiencing significant change: creation or dissolution of the team; renewal of part of its members; change of leader,...
Your team is going through difficult times: crisis period; internal tensions and conflicts; restructuring,...

" I support you in accelerating your collective ability to collaborate and learn together to address your challenges. "
The impact of team coaching
Beyond the concrete solutions that the team will have produced together, team coaching has a lasting effect on performance and engagement:
Performance: by having learned to learn together, the team becomes able to self-adapt and self-regulate, and to remain high-performing in the most uncertain and changing contexts.
Engagement: working in a team where trust, co-responsibility, and co-protection prevail is a powerful lever for engagement and retention of talent. It is also a protective factor against psychosocial risks.

1
Coach's choice
For team coaching, I work in tandem with another coach, so that both the team and the leader can each have a dedicated coach.
I offer several profiles and systematically organize a validation meeting with the leader.
2
Setting up the contract
The design of team coaching is carried out in close partnership with the leader, and with the entire team.
Individual meetings with each team member are an essential prerequisite to developing a detailed proposal.
3
Progress
Team coaching is long-term support (6 to 18 months) that combines work days with the coach(es) and shorter follow-up workshops or meetings.
Each process is different and tailored to the team’s context and challenges; in all cases, it requires strong commitment from the team leader, who participates in preparation and debrief meetings with the coach(es) before and after each group session.
4
Closing meeting
As with individual coaching, a closing session is organized collectively with the team and individually with the leader, to assess the achievement of objectives and anchor the learnings.
