Individual coaching

Your need

You are a Manager, Executive, HR Director or Project Manager. You have a major transformation to lead in your organization, and you want to be accompanied by a coach who is an expert in this type of context.

I help you identify the key issues (those of the organization and your own) and adapt your approach and your way of working to be an inspiring and impactful transformation leader.

Issues often addressed: embodying the desired change; adapting/enriching your leadership style; adapting to complex situations; developing your influence capabilities; developing your emotional intelligence; taking care of yourself and your balance; etc.

My coaching style

I am a coach who is both caring and demanding, intuitive and structured, idealistic and pragmatic.

I use systemic, symbolic (drawing, metaphor, etc.), and sensory approaches to engage the head, heart, and body of my client in the service of the targeted objective.

I am trained in two complementary approaches, allowing the discovery of one's talents and preferred ways of functioning: Insights© and Map&Match©, the talents of the pleasure of doing ».

I am a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), whose Code of Ethics I respect, and I am supervised.

Coach's choice

To build a high-quality alliance, the client and the coach must be able to choose each other mutually.

I always offer a first discovery session to help each person make an informed choice. I also believe it is important for the client to have a choice between several coaches.

I can recommend some if needed (with the same expertise in transformation contexts).

Contract setup

I then organize a tripartite meeting (between the client, their manager, and myself as the coach) or a quadripartite meeting if the HR function is present.

The objective of this meeting is to allow stakeholders to align on the goals and success indicators of the coaching process, and to establish an explicit and shared contract.

Process

I generally offer a process of 10 to 12 sessions of 2 hours, depending on the need / issue.

They are spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart (1 month maximum) and take place outside the company at a location to be defined with the client or via videoconference.

Closing meeting

I organize a debriefing meeting for the coaching with all the stakeholders of the contract (client, manager, coach, and possibly HR) to take stock and in particular to assess the achievement of objectives and success indicators.
