Founder of Olimazi

For over 20 years, I have been supporting transformations "with and through men and women".

I have spent most of my career in large international groups (Danone, Mondelez), first in Marketing and then in Human Resources. This dual career path allows me to speak the language of business while having a systemic view of organizational and human issues.

As a leader, I have managed teams of up to 40 people, always creating the conditions for engagement and performance. I am recognized for my ability to give meaning, to create a strong collective alliance, and to steer through storms.

As a Transformation Director, I have successfully supported many complex projects: integration of Lu France into Kraft-Mondelez, merger of the Medical and Infant Nutrition divisions in Iberia, creation of HR and Finance shared services worldwide, implementation of new financial planning ("rolling forecast") at Danone, ...

As a HR Director, Consultant and Coach, I have supported dozens of leaders and their teams in their business and human challenges, in the most demanding contexts (integration, economic crisis, restructuring, covid...)

Finally, 10 years abroad (Greece, Netherlands and Spain) within multicultural teams have enabled me to develop great relational agility and a very inclusive style.

Today I put this experience and these skills at the service of individual and collective transformations that I support with my clients.
