Who am I?

Sophie de Faÿ

For over 20 years, I have supported transformations "with and by men and women".

I have spent most of my career in large international groups (Danone, Mondelez), in Marketing and then in Human Resources. This dual career path allows me to speak the language of business while having a systemic vision of organizational and human challenges.

As a leader, I have managed teams of up to 40 people, each time creating the conditions for engagement and performance. I am recognized for my ability to give meaning, to create a strong collective alliance, and to steer the course in storms.
